Dayley News!!

So our Holiday fun started out with a great Thanksgiving Feast at my parents house. Everybody but Jeff made it home. My mom and dad made it a very memorable weekend with all of the family time they planned. Friday the kids stayed with the dads and the girls went out for a spa day. Angie works at day spa, pulled some strings and we had the whole shop to ourselves for over an hour! It was heaven! Thanks Angie- That night, my parents had all the grandkids watch the Polar Express movie at their house- after the movie, they were all given a Train Ticket to ride on the "Polar Express" (Idaho version of course)- They all went to bed so excited! The next morning it was like the Home Alone movie- kids running everywhere looking for coats and boots and their ticket for the train. We had to leave for Horseshoe Bend by 9:00 am and by golly that's what we . The train ride was beautiful taking the kids to the North Pole- on board were Elves, Ms Clause, food, hot chocolate and great scenery. You could move from car to car, sit inside or out! It was great- we made it to the North Pole where the kids visited with Santa for a while- Enjoy the pix..... Grandma and grandpa with Alli

We had a quiet Christmas at home this year. I came down with something a few days earlier and didn't feel very good at all. Had a really bad sore throat. But all in all had a great day.

Happy 5th Birthday to our Wonderful Kaden!! Sorry this didn't get posted earlier- His birthday is one week before Christmas. Things we love about Kaden:

- He always has a big hug for everyone

- He loves to dress up as spiderman, hulk, iron man, bumble bee transformer, cowboy, goblin, the list goes on. He has an incredible imagination- loves to play play play!! He spends more time in dress up than he does in regular clothes. I don't even notice anymore- More often than not we go to the store and he is in dress up- It emabarrasses Zayne - but I remind him that Kaden won't be so fun and silly forever and to enjoy it!!

-He loves to learn! He has learned to write his letters and do the sounds! This last month he started reading beginner books with me!

-He loves to speak in Primary!

-Loves to sing and dance to Def Leppord- I can't spell???

Brooklynn also had a birthday- the BIG #4! I can't believe our baby is 4. Happy birthday to you sweetie! Things about Brooklynn-

- She loves to sing and dance to Taylor Swift and Kelli Pickler (of course)

- She loves to sing period- She walks around the house singing ALL day Long! Anything and everything!

-She loves to sleep with her big sis Jordan- wants to look like and do everything Jordan does.

-Loves it when Jordan reads to her and plays Barbies with her.

-We love you so much Brooklynn- Happy Birthday!!
