Here is Kaden in one of his many dress up outfits... All day, every day, he is always in dress up. For Christmas Zayne was given a big surprise....a ticket to the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl in Arizona! He was so excited to go on the 'mancation' with his dad, Uncle Adam, and friend Kody. They did a little sightseeing on the way, which from Boise was Only 1100 miles one WAY!! Yuck! All for a football game!

In Arizona they met up with Gram and Grampa Dayley, Uncle Justin, and Sara.

Gotta love the Boise State spirit! THOUSANDS of fans made the trip to AZ to see the Broncos defeat the TCU Horned Frogs! It is a lot of fun for dad's and their boys to do stuff like that! Zayne was smiling for days!

A couple of weeks ago, we put all the kids to bed. Their rooms are all in the basement. James and I were upstairs watching TV and decided to go check on them before going to bed ourselves. We check Brooklynn's bed and she is gone! So we start looking EVERYWHERE! Even checking windows to see if they had been opened. We knew she hadn't come upstairs... so I was getting really worried! I decide to check Jordan's room one more time, I turn the light on and there she is, totally asleep under Jordan's bed! I had to get a picture of it. Crazy kids!

The pros of having a big strong Great Dane? Loyalty, they Love the kids, very protective....

CONS?? What would you guess? Yup that is right.... the yard full of landmines that the kids have the pleasure of removing every month or so! We took these pix from the window of our house. They each get a shovel and away they go. We were laughing from the window cuz the kids absolutely hate doing this job. Between our yard and my parents we have almost two acres of grass they have to check. By the time they finish the little sled has been filled twice!! My dad's dog Chloe lets her share of "Tootsie Rolls" also that they shovel up. Fun fun fun! Vader helps out of course...NOT. I might be mistaking, but is he smiling?
