SNOW DAYS- VERY RARE OUT IN OUR DESERT!!

We finally had a big snowfall come our way last weekend! Where we are, the storms swing around our house and we rarely have snow stick in our yard. We had a blast sledding and building a snowman. We did one in honor of BSU making it to the Tostitoes Fiesta Bowl!!
I took about 5 shots in a row trying to get one where the dog was cooperating! These are snapped in order- Vader is looking at Kaden.....

BIG WET SLOPPY KISS RIGHT IN KADEN'S FACE-

YUCK!!! KADEN WIPES THE SLOBER OFF! Vader acts like he did nothing wrong!! oh- and excuse my dog- he seriously needs SNIPPED... IF you get my drift!

Brooklynn wanted to pose for a Santa Baby picture!!

Special Birthday for Jordan! 8 years old!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR LITTLE "JOE"! WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH AND ARE SO EXCITED FOR YOU AND YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!
Jordan's baptism fell on Oct 31 this year! We made that joke that she was getting baptized on Halloween and really was receiving the "Holy Ghost"!!!
I can't believe that Jordan is old enough to be baptized! The time really goes too fast!
I just want to share some things that we love about Jordan:
-She is very hard working and determined
-She knows exactly What she wants and When she wants it!! Sometimes we can really go the Mother/daughter rounds on things.
-She is an excellent reader (I believe that comes from her Grandma Dayley- they both LOVE books)!!
-She is a wonderful sister to Brooklynn and Kaden- she reads stories to them almost every night before bedtime. Brooklynn loves to sleep with her big sister Jordan!
-She is learning the piano! There is a lot of tears as far as learning the notes and new songs- but WE, YES WE,are surviving! For her recital they wanted her to memorize her song- she was so frustrated and felt like it was impossible- we said a prayer and two days later- she nailed it! She is learning that prayers do work!! So am I---
-Thank you Jordan for being such a wonderful daughter! I love you very much!! Happy Birthday!!
Dad, Grandpa Jon and Great Grandpa Stan! He is 85 years old here and still clicking like he's 65!

Uncle Scott talking to Jordan about her baptism.

I love this picture- James parents- Grandma and Grandpa Dayley! Thanks for all you did that day!

Jordan and her cousin Alli! They came all the way from Utah for the baptism. After the program we all rushed home to get ready for the trunk or treat!!
